I am running for the office of State
Representative because I deeply feel it is time for a change and time for
people to get involved. I am getting involved because government, in
recent years, seems to have the interest of only a select few, instead of the
interest of the people. We are facing many big issues in this country. All
we hear from our leaders is “stay the course”. I propose a change of
course.
What are we leaving to our children? A huge federal deficit, global warming, a failed health care
system....We are not giving them the tools, such as a quality education, to solve these huge issues.
I am getting involved to work for the people of Thornton and Woodstock and I
am asking for your support. I want to protect our quality of life here
in the North Country-- a key factor in making businesses want to move to this
area and the very reason we all choose to live here.
